u dont need any weight of ur thighs ur fine but if u really do then u just work ur thighs squats, uphill running, bike google them but yea thats basically it for loosing weight off ur thighs

I sorta like the first picture better, more curves (no I'm not a guy either), but to each her own!.

So back to the question, squats will exercise your lower body including thighs and help tone that area!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
