Question: 16 Year old Hard Gainer, want to gain weight!?
I am 16, 6'3 140 lbs!. I am lifting 3 times a week, and have had strength gains but no mass gains!. I eat likes a horse, it's just that I have a very high metabolism!. I was thinking of getting on a whey protein, but recently I've seen that creatine is a good product as well!. I never gave it a thought because I thought you lost it all when you quit taking it!. I have also heard that once you start using it your body won't make it naturally anymore, so you'lll have to depend on it your whole life!.
