A pint of water weighs one pound!. Drink some water!. Foods will help you hold more water in your digestive system!. Eat starchy foods!. They are like a sponge!.

I assume you are going to try to fool your doctor who is treating you for anorexia!. In the end, you are only hurting yourself!. Let him know you are not gaining as fast as required and get the help you need!. The alternative is to ignore your doctor and die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking one Aquafina water bottle is around 16!.5 ounces!.!.!.!.16 ounces are in a pound, so that will make you a pound heavier!.
Do not poop three or four days before you get weighes, it will add at least half a pound to a pound!.
Eat a few potatos!. For 5!.3 ounces, it is only 100 calories!. Eat 3 for luch (300 cals!.) and you have added a pound! (not of fat mind you!.!.!.just b/c they are so heavy)
Wear a padded bra (they are a few ounces)
Also, wear a long shirt with a belt with a big buckle under it (the shirt will hide the belt)
Come in with your hair just washed so it will be wet, and hence weigh more!.
Put fishing weights or coins in your bra/pockets!.!.!.

if it's for an operation or sometin don't pretend, something might go wrong! If you have a non-digital scale you can set it to start on say 3 pounds!. What surface is your scale on!? I know that I way about 7kg (14 pounds) more when our digital scale is on tiles than when it's on the mat!. Put it on tiles if it isn't!.!.!.you will way more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just checked out your other questions-because i had a feeling you were struggling with your weight!. if you are going to the doctors-you should really accept the help they might be giving!. pretending to weigh more than you do isnt going to help you!. theres a reason why they want you to weigh over a 100lbs!.!.right!? i cant imagine your struggle but i hope that you accept any help or treatment because healthy is beautiful!. sorry to "preach" but i say you shouldnt stuff your shirt or wear heavy shoes that theyre porbably gona have you take off anyways!. i wish you the best of luck :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why in heavens name do you need to show extra weight!.!. if you are underweight it is healthy and recommended that you are a healthy weight for many reasons and keeping your body running smoothly is a great reason!.!. so many areas are involved in the weight loss and gain game!.!. there is no real way but to add bulk; drink wt gainer milkshakes from the GNC and also start bulking up w/ working out w/ weights with a trainer to show you how! go to spark!.com they ar wonderful inspiration to me!.!. also try PRAYING!.!. it really works!.!. good luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a lot of water!. Water weighs about 8 lb per gallon!. If you drink water and don't pee it will add to your weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
