okay!.!. this takes a while, but once you get used to it its not so bad!. can i ask why you want to do this!? its a serious choice!. i was practically anorexic in the 3rd grade and when i tried to eat normally again, i kept getting sick!. i really think if your doing it to loose weight you should just change what u eat, not how much!. eating less causes ur matoblism to slow down burning less fat!. takeit from somebody who knows!.!.!. change WHAT u eat NOT HOW MUCH it can seriously alter your digestive system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
