What are some simple exercises I can do to get and stay in shape?!
Question: What are some simple exercises I can do to get and stay in shape!?

I usually check out magazines like Seventeen for work out routines!. My favorite excercise is this: lay down on your stomach with your upper body propped up on your elbows, and hold your hands!. Then lift your body so that only your toes, elbows, forearms, and hands are touching the floor!. Stay like this for 30 seconds, then have 30 seconds of rest!. Repeat this 3 times!. If that's too hard at first, just do it as long as you can, and try to beat your times!. It really exercises your whole body and makes you so much stronger!. The more it hurts, the more it helps lol!. After a while, I learned to like exercising, it puts me in a great mood!Www@Answer-Health@Com
yoga may be good!. i would always say cardio is the best thing!. Walking, jogging or running whatever is comfrtable-the bike and swimming is also good!. Then i would also say stomach exercises like crunches is very good to increase your core strength!. Squat thrusts for leg strength and even some arm strength exercises cannot hurt!. its about mixing it up and pushing yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
to get into shape do a combination of strength, cardio and ab workouts!.
jillian micheals has a great video if you can get a hold of one!. i also do pilates to stay in shape!. you really don't get buff from the pilates, but i didn't want to anyway!. they just firm up and tone your body!. both work for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
