Question: Whats your thoughts on a stipper pole for exercise!?
Okay I have seen these for a while!. TOnight on brooke knows best i saw one!. Well I thought I might get one to put in my home to exercise on!. It will really help me lose the rest of my "baby" belly!. Ive looked around and Im gonna have to spend around $150 on the pole and a vidoe or book or whatever!. Do you think its worth it!? If you have on or just your thought!. Cause I can do this in the winter when I cant walk outside!. I think its a good idea!. But I want others opinons!!! Thanks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is going to be like the treadmill after about 2/3 weeks the glamor will fade then your stuck with this Pole in your house that had to be installed and then it is in your way!.!.!.!.I say skip the pole and go for a brisk walk!. Sure it sounds great in the beginning but I think about the long haul!.!.!.!.!. Brooke is no rocket scientist , she thinks that women do not belong in politics or the white house!?!?!?!? role model I think not this of course is just my opinion not meant to offend anyone including brooke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
