How do you weigh/mesure yourself.?!

Question: How do you weigh/mesure yourself!.!?

Well whats the mest scale thats under like 25$!? Cuz mine sucks lol it always gives me 3 different weights all like a 3 pound span in between them lol!.!.Like when you are mesuring your waist n stuff like dont u put up your arms!? How tight around your stomach should the tape go!?

Wal-Mart has scales that are under $25!. When measuring your waist or stomach the tape should be comfortable and not tight!. Your arms do not have to be up in order to measure your waist!.!.!.probably better that you have arms in a normal position to get a realistic measurement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
