What are the best ways to increase my metabolism?!


Question: What are the best ways to increase my metabolism!?
I am currently working out after work 4 times a week for hour or so!. I eat 3 times a day and not big meals!. I take fish oil, green tea extract, vitamin b complex, B12, and Acidophilus that high in Lactobacillus family!. Lastly drink 8 cups of 8oz water every hour for 8 hours!. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do!. Or is all i am doing good enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to increase your metabolism is to eat 5-6 small meals a day!. Since you only eat 3 times, you really need to add 2 healthy snacks at the minimum!. Make sure all your food is healthy!.

Also, make sure you are eating something with protein in it within 30 minutes after you work out to help your muscles grow and repair!.

Besides your regular workout, try to add more movement into your days as well!. Walk the stairs instead of taking the elevator, walk whenever you can (go to the furthest bathroom away when possible, park further away or walk to the store, etc), little things like that really add up!.

Do you mean that you are drinking 8 8z glasses per day, or 8 8oz glasses per hour (64 8oz glasses daily)!?

If it is the latter, you run the risk of sodium depletion!.

5-6 small meals, even if you just have breakfast lunch and dinner, healthy snacks halfway between each of the meals will help you keep your metabolism high!. A small non-carbohydrate rich snack before bedtime is good too (low in sugars, low in carbs: ie: high fiber stuff) to help your body keep going through the night, it is 8 hours without eating after all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The main thing you want to do is change your body shape before you're a teenager or around there and it is easier when you're an adult

eat many small meals, and not just 3 a day (dont bulk up in 3 or less)
you dont need to take all that supplements, it is found in food
i drink aLOT of water in one day, avoid soda ( i dont drink it anymore)
work out!. exercise is the key!. make sure it is vigorous!.

thats about it!. One thing about exercising is instead of doing one hour of slow walking / jogging, u want to do 30 minutes of vigorous running, jump roping, or etc!. Dont diet that is the worst thing you can do because your basal metabolism will adjust to the starvation, and your body won't digest all the food and will store it in the fat reserves!.

I dont follow any ridiculous diet plans!. i just follow this, my own plan!. Dont worry about calculating those 2000 calories per day!. as long as you are active, your body will take care of it and less stress too!. and you drink a lot of water compared to me!. i think you should spread out the water instead of every hour maybe every other or every 3 hours!. you dont need all 8 glasses especially if you drink milk, i suggest soy milk is a good source of vitamin d and more healthy stuff that i can't name top of my head

soon enough, as you burn away those fat, you'll see some nice abs!.
