Question: How i can reduce my abdomen through excercise!.!?
three years back my waist was 28 but now it is 36+!.how i can reduce my belly!.i feel shy in pents/geans!.!.plz let me know some good tips to reduce my belly!.!.thanxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

HI,

First of All remember , loosing weight is not a quick act!.It needs discipline and dedication to achieve a flat ab and maintain a healthy body!.

To loose weight from your abdomen, you have to regulate two things in your day to day lifestyle!.

Exercise and Diet!.

First of all to loose weight you have to expel more calories from your body than you eat!.The best way is to exercise and atleast try to burn anywhere from 150cal to 300 calories a day by excercising depending on your body weight!.

Diet!.
Make sure you eat a healthy diet , add more greens to your diet and remove all that unwanted fat from your diet!. Check your BMI index from any of the websites and find out how much pounds you have to knock out of your body!.

Remember you cant loose just weight from your abs but you will have to loose all the excess fat through out your body to gain that flat ab!.

Once you have made up your mind that you are ready to get to that routine to tone your body!. Use a combination of Cardio and Weight training to kick start your exercise schedule!.

Cardio will help you burn the excess fat and weight training will help you build that muscle that will help to burn the fat when you are not exercising!.

walking, running i!.e Cardiogram is the best exercise for you!. drink plenty of water !.!. I don't know how much crunches may help in start let your body get adjusted first !.!.
1) best is once you wake up drink 1 glass of Luke warm water with little honey and lemon if u want!. drink plenty of water!.
2) eat greens and boiled chicken
3) Avoid whites, Oily food
4) bi-cycling is a form of cardio
5) 15 mins vigorous exercise
6) always smile cause it helps to reduce your calories
7)Eat in limit with breaks and never stay hungry!.!.!.you may put on more!.!.
Do this for 3 months and let me know what was the result

you have to lie flat on your back and without any support lift either legs in the air !.lower and raise again!.don't touch the floor while lifting!. in the same position lift your back also in the air and lower slowly!. without touching the ground lift again!. consult a doctor if you have any problem like spondilitis or back pain!.you have to do this consistently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

According to me dear firsty you have to chage your diet chart like you have to stop take oily food( like Pizza, Bargar, samosa & kachore, noodels & sweet also take fruit every day!.backup early in the morning before sun raising & go to morning walk or try to do yoga for (Atleast 30min) Take Breakfast like a KING & Dinner like a Bagger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

waistline from 28 to 36! this shows you have not given proper attention to your waitline!. You may have to go thro a rigerous regimen of yoga and pranayama!. You contact any institute giving training programmes in yoga and pranayama and admit your self to undergo the training !. I have been working on my body and I have been very happy with the results!. I only eat lean meats, fruits and veggies!. No potatoes, pasta, or rice!. Eat good carbs! Wheat bread (minimal)!.

But you must stretch! Try Yoga! I know WHAT YOGA! But hey by stretching you build lean muscle!. Not that body builder "I sound like leather when I move" muscle!

Oh swimming laps is great also!

I think its called fat!. And any exercise will help but aerobic exercise thats the kind that gets u breathing hard is best!. Yeah u may want to tone up the muscles underneath with crunches so when they show thru the flab you have something to show!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
