How do you mesure yourself?!


Question: How do you mesure yourself!?
Like when you are mesuring your waist n stuff like dont u put up your arms!? How tight around your stomach should the tape go!?

The tape should be taught, not tight (so its not digging into your skin)!.
Putting your arms up is not necessary to measure your waist as that wont affect it!. Remember your waist starts at the base of your rib cage :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
