Can you help me decide on my workout schedule?!


Question: Can you help me decide on my workout schedule!?
I was out of the gym for 2mos!. doing a full body cleanse and now I'm ready to get back in the gym!. I worked out Fri/Sat skipped Sun and I'm gonna workout out today Wed!. and Fri!. and maybe Sat!. which is hip-hop aerobics class for an hour!. I usually workout for an hour 20mins!. on the bike, stepper or treadmill then a few machines for arms or legs!. I do sit ups everyday no matter what because that baby flab is a witch to get rid of!.!.!.!.lol I'm not gonna workout everyday for sure but to get and stay toned how many days should I workout!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Maybe you can try Monday and Wednesdays: Arms/Abs
Then Tuesdays and Thursdays: Legs/Abs
Then Friday you can either do Cardio/Abs or just take it off!.
Then Saturday just work on Cardio!.
Then Sunday OFF!
Lol thats basically what my schedule is!.!.!.
But it might be too much!.!.!.
