Question: Is it at all possible!?
im 15!. im 5"6!. im 219lbs!. ive lost 20lbs so far!.
im homeschooled, so i burn 500 cal in the morning and 500 cal at night
and on the weekends i swim laps for an hour
im also on a diet(u kno cutting stuff in half and eating fruits, vegies,wheat bread, ect!.) i drink LOTS of water!.

do u think i could lose 94lbs maybe a lil after new years!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, you don't need to lose 94 lbs!. Unless you have a tiny frame for your height, that's at the very lower end of what you should weigh, so 80 lbs or so is fine for your end-loss goal!.

Secondly, no!. That's simply too much for someone your size to lose in that time frame!. For the first maybe 2 months from now, I would say your absolute max weight loss will be 15-20 lbs per month, and your max will get smaller as you get closer to your goal!. By the time your weight is within the range of being only overweight, rather than obese, you shouldn't lose more than 10 lbs per month!. It's not healthy to lose too much too quickly!. With work, you can expect to be all set for next swimsuit season, but not for anywhere close to New Years!.
