Question: How can i lose 5-6 kgs in 3 weeks!!!?

dont do that, cause it's going to go back up
your basal metabolism is set in your body and hardly changes!. it only changes with the amount of energy coming into your body!. For example if you eat alot , then your metabolism will increase!. if you starve yourself, every time you eat something, instead of using it for immediate energy, your body uses it for storage in the form of body FaT!!!
my recommendation: eat more than 3meals a day, and in those meals eat tiny amounts but nutrient-densed food!. (milk vs snickers bar)!.also you gotta work for that body so go exercise!. make some time in your schedule to work out 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes!. i usually do 1 hour and it goes by fast when you have a friend there working out with you!. The best thing to do is to avoid rapid weight loss or gain cause it will not stay there permanently!. Also dont worry about the amount of carbohydrates you take in, cause it falls back into the metabolism business!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a "STEP" class in youre local gym 6 days a week, DO not eat any sweets! Absolutley NO sugar, go light on carbs and you'll be set to go! I lost over 20 Pounds quickly by doing so,,!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
