Watch what you eat and do some daily exercise!. Stay away junk and fast food!. Also dont starve yourself either!. Eat small portions but eat more frequently because your metabolism will speed up and burn fat more efficiently!. Eat less for your big meals, but eat snacks but stay with fruits and vegetables!.
