Question: I need help and advice on weight loss for my bum!?
My friends accidentally say stuff that hurts my feelings, I can't wear cool clothes cause it shows my bum and makes me look fat and sometimes I even cry about the way my bum looks, can someone please give me some help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, the following exercises help to tone up your bum: Swimming, cycling, running (most aerobic exercsie because you burn fat)!. Try to exercise daily for at least 45 minutes!.

But more importantly: Is it really that important how your bum looks!? We are more than our body shape, it's the personality that counts!. And if your friends comment about your bum, then they're not friends!. I had an eating disorder for many years which alomst claimed my life!. I have luckily recovered and am healthy again!. I do not worry anymore about how I look!. I am grateful that my body is healthy again!. I am grateful not to have a disability!. Some people may be blind, bound to a wheelchair, have a mental disability etc!. And they have not chosen to be like this!.

My body is functioning and doing its best for me!. We are given our natural shape for a reason!. I think my body deserves to be treated with respect and if you're healthy, there is no need to worry about how you look!Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately im sorry to say this you cannot spot reduce fat, this means that you cannot reduce fat in one specific area of your body without reducing it elsewhere!. The bum or Gluteus muscle group as it is known is a massively strong muscle group hence the size of it!. you do not say what ethnic group you are from either as some cultures are slightly anatomically diff see mtv :) but the best way to tone your bottom is to begin a toning programme designed to work the muscle groups that you wish to target!. I wont give you any links as all the links claim to be the best, but a fitness Professional is the best way to seek advice, I work on a daily basis with footballers and other athletes and it is my job to help these people achieve their goals!. I would DEF seek advice from someone versed in fitness before i attempt too loose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take action!. Move!. Go a gym which is full of professionals and ask them what should you do for your body's this or that part!. They have answers for little or big parts, they know how to shape a body!. And do what they say!. You'll be fine!.

eat right and exercise dont try to look a certain way for someone tell them to go to hell!. if you really want to lose weight though just exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
