Question: Please help me!! I have put on 11lbs in 3 weeks!!!?
I seem to have lost ALL motivation to continue my healthy eating and exercise!.!.!.all i want to do is eat and watch TV!.
This isn't like me, normally i love to eat healthy, but since earning more money (therefore can afford LOTS of junk food), i just eat 24/7!!

Instead of splurging on junk food, splurge on good food!. Get new varieties of fruits and vegetables, buy fresh fish/meats (if you eat meat), try new wines (if you drink), taste new cheeses, experiment with new spices in recipes, etc!. thats normal it happens every once in a while in every healthy eating diet just do that for a day or two then ull get over it by the third day and go back to ur normal diet, good luck oh and it might be ur periodWww@Answer-Health@Com
