Im really struggling to lose my final 10lb.......?!


Question: Im really struggling to lose my final 10lb!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
After the birth of my baby I had quite a fair amount to lose!.!.!.I did it slowly and sensibly!.!.!.and worked out a lot!.!.!.!.the final 10lb will not budge!.!.!.!.!.!.im really getting frustrated!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.would a quick crash diet be the answer for a week or two, and then try to maintain any weight loss by sensible eating!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.People say crash diets don't work!.!.!.blah blah!.!.!.!.!.!.and I know its not the healthiest way to go, but I wonder if I could trick my body by significantly reducing my food intake, then once at my goal try to maintain by eating healthily and continuing to work out!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.maybe even a detox over several days!?
