All you have to do is eat healthy and work out!. Working out is important, at least some cardio 30-60 min 5x a week and if you can do strengh training 3x a week GREAT!

Your diet is sooo important!. Just eat healthier, snack often (healthy snacks) dont starve your self, dont eat junk food, fast food or processed foods and drink only WATER lots of it!.

you can do it! 10 pounds is not that much at all!
