Question: Is this normal after working out so much!?
for the past 3 or 4 weeks, i have been going to the gym and running for an hour at abou5!.5-6 miles an hour!. i have also been eating a non saturated fat high protein diet!. lately, iv been having cravings for sugar, especially sodas!. i dont want greasy or fatty foods, just sugarsWww@Answer-Health@Com
