How to lose weight and gain confidence?!


Question: How to lose weight and gain confidence!?
Hi there,
I need serious help about losing weight!. I am 21 years old, 5'5'', and I weight 180 pounds!. I feel very uncomfortable with my weight!. In the past years, I have tried to lose weight, and I also gained success by losing about 30 pounds, but that weight comes back again, and also when I go on a diet, it has many side effects, for example, hair falling, which is the biggest issue!. I feel that I am not pretty at all, and so I think that why should I lose weight, I am ugly anyways, so losing weight won't work in any case!. I know that I have to come of this negative thinking first, but I have tried very hard, and I can't come out of this!. I have to attend a wedding on 26th December, and I have almost three months to lose weight, and I want to be highly determined to do so!. Whenever I go on a diet and try to exercise, I feel very tired and feel like I have no energy, and due to this reason I start eating again!. Can you please provide me with some tips on what should I eat in order to lose weight, and also will it be beneficial to walk on the treadmill for about 20 minutes only everyday!. I also use herbalife products whenever I go on a diet, so is it safe to use those!? Also, should I eat any vitamins, for example, centrum a day, whenever I go on a diet, and is it beneficial to drink a lot of water!. I drink about 8 glasses of lukewarm water everyday!. My ideal weight is 130 pounds, so this means that I need to lose about 50 pounds in the next three months!. first of all, lets not call this going on a diet,lets call it eating healthy and changing a life style!.

try to consume least processed food as possible like fruits, vegetables lean protein!. avoid fast food!.

eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours!.

do high intensity interval training ( sprint,walk,sprint,walk,sprint,walk)

To cut muscle- Low weight high reps

To build muscle mass-High weight low reps

drink only water

Multivitamins are good for you

and most important, determination , if you can't find a reason to keep on trying to lose weight you won't!. don't lose weight because you want to look better, but lose it so that you will know you will live a better and more healthy life!.
