Question: Trying to loose weight!. Anyone please help!?
I'm trying to loose weight, and i want to do the 4-6 mini meals a day so i can loose weight easier!. Problem is, i'm still in school where we only have recess and lunch!. Yes, in total it would be 4 meals if you include breakfast and dinner, but im looking towards the 5-6 mini meals!. Any suggestions!? It would be a great help!. woah!.!.!. how old are you that your school is still doing recess!?

anyhow!.!.!. i'd take a couple of power bars or something to school along with your lunch!.!.!. that way you could eat the bar between classes [or sneak it in class!.!.!. either way]!.


the special k ones are freakin' AWESOME!. the chocolate granola and the strawberry yogurt ones especially!. [not talking about the breakfast bars or 100 cal things or whatever, i'm talking about the protein bars that have about 15g protein!.!.!. they'll sustain you for a bit between your larger meals]

as for your other meals, check out the abs diet!.!.!. it's pretty easy to follow!.!.!. and if you don't follow completely, at least it has quite a bit of suggestions that are easy to incorporate into your regular eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat breakfast in the morning, another mini meal at recess, another meal at lunch, another afterschool and another later in the evening
thats 5 mini meals a day that should be good enough!.
