Losing Weight to do with exercise.?!
Question: Losing Weight to do with exercise!.!?
Can you still lose weight and exercise at the same time!? Seeing as muscle weighs more than fat, is it possible to exercise too much, that you don't actually lose weight, but keep it on due to the muscle>fat ratio!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, lots of spam there, lol,
It would take a 'lot' of hard exercise to build the muscle you describe, body builders do not get that way by accident, anything (exercise wise) that's works up a sweat last minimum of 20 minutes will help you loss the weight!. Plenty of classes and activities out there be adaptive and stick with it, best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

While muscle does weigh more than fat, it also burns a lot more calories too!. So, although your weight on the scales may not go down as much as you like if you start to build muscle, it's much better to forget about the scales!. Go by how you look and feel and how your clothes fit because the numbers on the scales don't represent a true measure of your health!.
