Question: How do I raise the numbers of push ups I can do without rest, please help!.!?
Answers:
The answer is patience and progression!.

For instance, if you can do 10!. Keep doing 10 daily!. Sooner or later, you will be able to do 11!. Then keep working at 11, then sooner or later you'll get to 12!. And on and on the cycle goes!. Keep progressing one at a time!. That's the way to go!. Another method is to do more sets!. For instance, if you can do only one set of 10, try doing them in sets of 3!. You may find that by doing this, you can actually do 5 or 6 sets of 3!. This will increase total work volume because 6 x 3 is more than 10 x 1!. And adding volume is one way to make your muscles grow!.

At the same time, (I'm assuming you have access to a gym) you can definitely do some exercises with "carry-over" benefits!. Meaning that if you strengthen your chest, back, abs, triceps and deltoids, you will find that doing push ups will become easier!. This is because all these muscles are involved in doing push ups, and the stronger the secondary and stabilizer muscles are, the easier the movement will become!.

The bottom line is to keep doing push ups!. You don't become a better pianist by playing the violin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Practice and push yourself!.

There was a guy in my city that used to get picked on!. Then he started doing push-ups!. A lot of push-ups!. He got really muscular and started showing off at outdoor events!. Now he's known as "push-up guy" and he will do thousands of push-ups at outdoor events!. He usually takes a break every hundred or so, but if you stay for the show, he'll do a thousand or more!.

All the did was practice and push himself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

consistency is the main thing!. You also really have to just fight through the pain!. In the military they do something in PT called achieving muscle failure!. You do those push ups until your muscles LITERALLY stop working!. Not when you just get tired or get sore, it's when you physically can not do one more single push up because your muscles have stopped working!. The more you do that, the stronger you'll get!. ;) Go get em soldier!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It basically depends on your will power!. If you are willing to increase the no!. of pushups you can do at one go!. The simple principle follows- practice practice and more practice!. Mix it up with a bit of Back and shoulder stretching exercises and you can notice the tremendous result!. But make sure you dont overtry and hurt yourself!. Take proper diet, eggs can increase your stamina at a quick pace!. And jog for 10-15 min continuosly to increase your dynamic as well as static stamina!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
