i do like 300 sit up a day and i cant get rid of the fat please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Doing just sit ups won't get rid of belly fat!.
You need to do all over body conditioning and get alot of cardio vascular!.
You can't just do one workout targeting one body part, and expect it to disappear!.
In order to get rid of a certain bit of body fat, you need to work on all of your body!.
Working on your whole body and getting in cardio boosts your metabolism, which converts the food you eat to energy,
and the highger your metabolism is, the more energy you use,
which is the more fat you burn!.

Food intake has more effect on fat than exercise, but they're both important!. Also you can't target belly fat, you just lose fat from all over, but fortunately belly fat starts coming off early in the process!.
It also takes a long, long time to lose weight!. You didn't gain it all in a month so you won't lose it in a month either!.
