How should running fit into my exercise regimen?!
Question: How should running fit into my exercise regimen!?
I lift weights 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes, but when it comes to running I don't really have any schedule!. My goals are to keep in good physical health (and mental, which running seems to promote)!. I want the benefits, but don't want to waste time overdoing it!. How long and frequently should I run!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest running around your neighborhood or after work!. Running around your neighborhood will cut time going to and from the gym!. For example I live about 10 minutes away from the gym!. Going to and from will take me about 20 minutes roundtrip!. But if I run around my neighborhood, for about 20-30 minutes, I'm not wasting travel time!. And when I come back, I can shower!. Running for about 20-30 minutes with alternate speeds is good!. It will burn more calories than just a straight run!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
