Bodybuilding help (how to gain weight and mass)?!

Question: Bodybuilding help (how to gain weight and mass)!?
This is my 3rd week in bodybuilding!. When I first started my weight is 111 lbs at 5"7 in height!. (skinny ^^) I felt sore for the 1st week!.

But during my 2nd and now, my 3rd week, I no longer feel those soreness!. Sometimes a little, but rather unnoticeable!. I've added weight since my 2nd week because I felt the previous weights were very light!. (I started from 5lbs the first week for my dumbell curls, 10lbs for barbells etc!. and progressed by adding 5-10lbs!.) Still i don't feel any soreness!.

Is this normal!? I noticed a slight change with my biceps and back, they gotten bigger, a bit!. But not my chest nor my shoulders!. And I even lost 3lbs!! what the heck is wrong!?!?

-i'm doing a medium rep 12-8
-i eat good calorie and protein foods 5x a day
-recently i'm taking creatine
-seriously practicing my form
-gets enough rest
-working on 2 body parts every other day!.

I want to gain weight and mass!. Help pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Three advertisements in four answers!. That's the most I've seen!. Disregard the advertising!.

As you progress through the first fwe weeks of your weight-training program you will lose some body fat!. As a result, you will lose a little weight!. Don't despair!. It can take a while for your weight-training program to show increased muscle mass!.

You should incorporate some aerobic exercise (jogging) into your program to keep you balanced!. Do your ab work daily!.

There was research on fast muscle-mass building!. If you have a gym partner, you can do weight work that emphaises the negative (lowering) part of the lift which will give you more mass faster!. The key is to do a controlled lowering of a weight that you could not lift on your own!. It should be about 140%-160% of what you could lift!.

Also be aware that some people simply do not add mass as easily as others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may be leaning up (losing fat) which would cause you to possibly lose weight!.!.!. I would just keep at it and see what results you get, once you get some more muscle on you, you should start to gain more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well when i started lifting weights at 14 (dumb move), I was a little skinny guy!. To gain wieght, I did all sorts of things!. Mainly, I drank "Weight Gain" shakes!. You can get them at GNC!. In addition to the weight gain power, I would mix raw eggs, and ice-cream in the shakes (using a blender of course)!. I guess it worked!. I can't say that this would be great for your health though!. But I gained mass fairly quickly!. Yeah make sure you let your muscles rest, b/c thats when your muscles actually do the growing!. To really progress, you need to "max out" when lifting weights, but make sure you have a spotter when bench pressing etc!. Being only your 3rd week, you are at the very early stages!. I haven't lifted weights for quite some time!. But I could easily "get built", probably only in a month, just b/c my muscles are already conditioned!. I need to LOSE weight these days!. Well, hope all goes well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
