Answers:
Relax!. It takes more than a week to lose the fitness you've gained!. What you can do to not get fat is not radically alter your eating habits while you're away from the gym!. As long as you eat healthy and in moderation you won't gain weight and you will be almost right where you left off when you get back to the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be carefull not to overdo it!. When you train and push your body to its limits - either with weights or with cardio or endurance - you have to plan in time for it to recover !.!.!. and build up!. Your muscles cannot improve if powered out day by day!. Allways keep the balance between training stimulus and regeneration!.
To answer your question: Keep on eating healthy during that week (and in the future ; ) and do some running exercise!. You are likely to feel quite refreshed when you return to the gym next time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your going away for the week, trying running when you are there!. Or doing some simple exercises in your room where you are staying!. Do some crunches/pushups, jumping jacks, lunges, running on the spot, etc!. Try going for a run outside where you are staying!.
Continue to eat healthy, even if you are forced to eat out everyday!.!. try salads, or light meals!. Most restaurants these days have like a "lighter choices menu"!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy!. Salads, meats, dairies ( limited quanities) or else youll be fine chill!. IF you want go for walks or lift weights at home :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
