I'm 5'5 167 Pound Female?!


Question: I'm 5'5 167 Pound Female!?
About a month ago I weighed around 158-160!. I became vegetarian to see if this would help me lose weight but it only made me GAIN!. I went back to eating meat, not a lot, and eating healthy foods but i CAN'T lose any weight!. I haven't really worked out much because I don't know exactly what to do!. Can i please get someones help!.!. DETAILED help on what I should do!?!? I'm starting a 500 calorie a day died tomorrow for a month to see if this helps, will this help me lose weight!? I'm just so self concious about my weight that I can't even stand to go out anymore!. Help! :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bad bad idea to eat 500 calories a day, you need to be eating at least 1200 a day to be healthy!.

OK!.!.!.first!.!.!.4 times a week go for a 45 min walk!.!.!.that is a MUST!

Breakfast:
here are some options!.!.!.!.
Cereal with skim milk (the good kind, not the kid stuff)!. You can do something like regualr special K or plain cherios!. I always added a touch of splenda and cut up 1/2 of a banana in my cereal!. But i also love Kashi Cinnamin Harvest!.!.really good and good for you!. Always try to throw a piece of fruit in the mix for breakfast weather its in your cereal or just something like an apple!. I have also been known to mix some plain granola w/ a cup of activia yogurt and some sliced peaches that come packed in water, mix that all together yummy!

Snack:
you will need to have a mid morning snack and a mid afternoon snack!.
some of my favs are protine bars (look for ones that have lower sugar and higher protine), yogurt, fruit, raw veggies with fat free ranch, Laughing cow cheese (its yummy, and get the reduced fat), Low sodium V8 juice (small can)!. Any 2 of these mid morning and mid afternoon!.

Lunch:
Low sodium turkey or chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread or tortilla!. Once slice of low fat cheese (or spread a wedge of the laughing cow cheese on the bread/tortilla) Load it up with veggies!.!.!.as many as you want!. If you are like me i like some moisture, so i always add a touch of mustard!. Depending on my snacks, i might also have fruit, or raw veggies!. Its also not horrible to do something like a lean Cusine for lunch!. Just look for the ones with the lower sodium content!. Keep in mind you can always have a giant salad with health stuff on it!.!.so watch the cheese and dressing!

Dinner:
I cook a pack of chicken every weekend in my crockpot so i can eat it all week!.!.sometime for lunch and sometimes for dinner!. You can top it with things like salsa!.!.you can get pretty creative with this!. The steam in bag veggies are a healthy eaters best friend!.!.!.just stay away from corn, beans and peas!. I loved to cut up a few zuchini a saute them in a skillet with some oilve oil pam and a teaspoon of low soduim soy sauce and some fresh garlic!.!.!.i can eat a tone of that stuff!! Once again you can do a micro meal!.!.like lunch, just don't make it an every day every meal occasion!. Always add some extra veggies to those as well!.

Stop watching tv!. TV gives a false sense of what you should look like!. Most woman are not as thin as those on tv!. Don't let the tv shows and ads make you think that being a size 2 and wieghing 98 pounds is normal or healthy, because it it not!. You can be normal as you sound like you are!. Don't worry about the "boys" or "girls" if you are gay/lesbian liking you!. Your true love will like you for who and what you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do u ever wonder why Chinese people are so skinny looking!? Since they drink Wu yi tea!. Drink that! Thats what Oprah likes!. Its natural simple and makes your body function so u lose weight, fat, gives you healthy skin and more energy!. Wait!!!!! some people say it doesn't work! I recommend green tea plus heathy normal calorie imput diet with baked potatoes and bananas and excercise as an alternative!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

500 calories is not enough food!. Your weight will fall but then it will come back up and you'll ruin your metabolism!.

You're not that big-- no reason to feel bad about it!. Just plan to exercise a little each day and eat sensibly-- none of this crash diet nonsense!
