Question: Have you been on the water diet!?
where you drink only water and/or tea and eat very small meals or should i say snacks throught the day!? in how long did you see results!? did you excersice as well!?what was your routinne!?

Yeah it doesn't help your long term diet!.
but if you are so fat and eat too Much you need to make your stomach smaller by fasting!. that time people drink only water!.
maximum 2 weeks!.!.but you shouldn't start it suddenly cos it makes you hungrier and ruin your stomach health!.
so you should eat only liquid food for 3 days and amount should be decreased then you can start water diet!.
After water diet you must not eat solid food but liquid food for 3days because of the same reason!.!.
even you will do 3days of water diet you should keep this basic rule!.!.!.
During the water diet!. i don't recomend you to work out!.!. cos it will make you too hungry and could cause a shock!.!.

Instead of being on a "water diet", just drink more water WITH the food you eat!. If you're eating dinner, just drink a glass before you eat!. It makes you feel fuller faster!.

If you think you are hungry, drink a glass of water, because often the body confuses hunger with dehydration!.

But DO NOT drink ONLY water in place of food!. It is not safe and not maintainable!. So if you lose any weight you'll just gain it back as soon as you eat again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking too much water as a diet is a bad bad idea!!! In some cases this can cause death!. You need nutrients so you can't rely on any water diet to help you!.

I suggest staying away from these far fetched diets!. There is a reason they are not recommended by the medical community!. If you need to loose weight eat healthy!. Vegetables, fruits, switch beans for meat, don't eat candy and stay away from processed foods!. Go with foods that are similar to what they eat in the Mediterranean!. Loads of fish, olive oil, vegetables etc!. It tastes great too!. Remember to snack lightly in between meals!. Raisons, yoghurt, an apple, a handful of nuts will keep you going!.

Then exercise for at least an hour a day!. You want to get your heart rate up so even though you feel horrible, you will feel great afterward!. Remember if you are not sweating and you can have a conversation with someone you are not exercising!. But remember you can have fun at the same time!. Join a sport team, dancing classes, martial arts, swimming, tennis!.!.!. wii!?

And also be aware that loosing weight and keeping that weight off takes at least a year!. There is something called the set point hypothesis where, unless you loose weight and keep that weight at the same point for at least a year you will either gain it back or be unable to loose more weight!.

yes i tried to live on liquids only for a while for months but then when i started eating food again such as salad i gained lots of weight!. So i don't recommend it because now i learned that when you do not eat food your body thinks a starve is coming so it stores fats and when you get food again you gain weight even if you only ate salad!. That's like a fast!. I think there's one with lemon water!. I never tried it though!. What are you trying to accomplish!?

If you're going to exercise, you need food!.

I don't think that's healthy but I have heard about it!. It does give you result but if you want to exerxcise and see better result you need to eat healthy and do drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds like a bad diet!? One should always drink water, but eating next to nothing is bad for you in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My wife has been on many diets, although I don't think she needs to lose any weight, at least not more than 10 pounds!. She says the best diet is the "If it tastes good, spit it out" diet!.!.!.
