Question: Can someone lose 23 kilos in 2 months!?!?!?( 50 lbs)!?
i'm 147 lbs!.!. 5'2 and i want to become 125 lbs!.
what should i do !?!?!?

Even if some1 has lost 50 lbs in 2 mnths it is a wrong practise!. Drs!. & scientist advocate 2 lose 2 kg/mnth!. Drastic reduction in weight is harmful!. U can reduce by dieting & exercise!. Just make a diary what u eat in a day!. Reduce fat oil butter cream in food!. Stop fast foods as it contains chemical preservatives & lot of fat!. Eat more salads & raw vegetables!. Vegetable is rich in vitamines, minerals but very less calorries!. It will reduce the craving for food as it makes stomach full!. Combine with exercise like jogging, swimming or skipping!. Take a beer mug full of WHite gourd juice (ash gourd, wax gourd) add 2 tablespoon of honey in empty stomach in the morning and skip breakfast!. This will help u!. and watch your diet!.
