Question: It is so difficult to stick to one diet!.!?
i am on a diet!. one day i am dieting and the other day i am gobbling up!. its so difficult!. what should i do!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was the same way too!. I would try a million diets and nothing ever worked!. Last fall I saw a diet covered on the Mike and Juliet show and it really intrigued me!. Here I saw all these overweight people losing a ton of weight and keeping it off!. I checked out the website and joined and I myself have already lost a good 30 lbs and Im still working on it!. When I started I jumped into physical activity 100%
I started playing indoor soccer like I was in HS again!.!.!.!.I then hurt myself and realized I was not at the same condition!.

Anyway I then went to the gym and since then added endurance cycling and hiking!.

For the longest time I did not sea the weight come off!. I wanted to eat what I wanted and just workout hard!.

Well it doesn't work like that!. You need weight training, cardio, and diet!. Then it all comes together and cheating after riding my cycle 50-100 miles is not appealing!.

Start counting calories!.!.!.not fun but an eye openning experience!.

NEVER diet!. I tried "Mung diet", but that is horrible!. Most imp!. is that you feel happy and satisfied!.

Never try to force yourself for anything (except for oily and high calorie food)!.

What I do is that I plan my week's menu (different dishes from Inidan to Italian from Internet or book) and shop accordingly!. so, there is nothing extra money spent and I feel satisfied that I eat so many different dishes (but moderate quantity ofcourse)

Sencondly, I focus on my breakfast!. If your breakfast is healthy, your stomach is happy too!. That does good to your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like me!!!!! LoL!.!.!.!.!. this week im starting something not a diet exactly BUT just drink water and tea ONLY!!!!!!! and eat very small meals!. and eat as less as i can,!. i usually have food on my mind so what im trying to is is as soon as i feel like eating is i get up and walk around clean here and there just do things to get that off my head!. its been 5 hours since trying i have skipped eating at my break so!.!.!.so far so good as for day 1 i just hope i can continue im going to do this for 10 days (10 days is my goal) so if i can loose at least 2LBS doing this i will be much more confident and keep going tilli get the desired weight!.
im 155 LBS and only 22 y/o so i want to acheive my goal of weight 120 LBS im hopeing i can make it through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
