You will lose weight the first time you do it, but you won't be losing fat!. Ask a doctor how many calories you should be eating - it's about 1200 minimum for a sedentary adult female, more for someone younger!. If you eat fewer calories than that per day, you'll be losing muscle!. Then, when you go back to eating normally, you'll gain all the weight back as fat - and be fatter and less healthy than before!. If you stay on the diet for a long time, you will keep losing weight and eventually lose fat too, but you'll ruin your health!.

I have tried 2468!. My weight did go down by about a pound every day for the first week or so, but then I kept messing up and eating too much!. Then I got stuck and couldn't lose more until I started eating healthy!.

What I do now is fast for a day to start my diet!. That helps me lose a lot of water weight to get myself motivated!. Then, I start eating a normal healthy diet, and it works much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The less you eat the more you WON'T lose!. Your body goes into starvation mode to save any calories you take in if you're not eating enough!. Try doing the calorie shifting but in much greater numbers, something like 1200 calories then 1500 calories, 1700 calories, 2000 calories, then repeat!. This will get your metabolism going and the weight will drop! I've know 2 people that have done this and both lost quite a bit of weight!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you talking about eating 200 calories a day!? Because that's seriously dangerous!. In order to lose weight, you HAVE to eat AT LEAST 1500 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

is this in one day!? over 4 days!?!? It takes 3500 burnt calories to loose one pound!. So by burning or cutting 500 calories a day you can loose one pound a week (more than 1 or 2 lbs a week is UNSAFE)Www@Answer-Health@Com
