Question: Can I lose weight just by doing cardio!?
I know you can burn fat faster if you build muscle mass, but will I lose weight just by doing cardio for 30 minutes, about 4 or 5 days a week!? I am eating a healthy diet and drinking as much water as I can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you will lose weight until your body adapts to what you're doing!. When that happens you will need to either increase the intensity of your cardio or do something completely different to challenge your body!. yes, definitely!. its recommended to have cardio atleast 3 times/week, and 4-5 times is even better!. remember to cut down on refined sugar, salt, and fatty junk foods too, and youll see a huge difference in your figure!.!. id say youre on the right track!. [: good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes!. There is no rule that you HAVE to do strenght training to loose weight!. It does speed up the process, but many people find lifting weights boring!. So if it's cardio you like, stick to the cardio and the diet/water program you stated and you WILL loose weight!. Fairly fast too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
