Always thinking about food?!


Question: Always thinking about food!?
I sit at a desk all day for work and then I sit at a desk at night for school!. I can eat whenever I want at work and its all I can think about!. Whether I am dieting or not, I just want to snack all day!. Any advice on what to do when I am feeling this!? Half of the time I am not even hungry, just bored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am exactly the same - it's so difficult to resist unhealthy snacking especially at home as I can help myself whenever I please!. I think the best thing to do is to take all your food into work with you for the day - pack healthy snacks like fruit, nuts and seeds so that even if you are tempted at least you'll be eating something that's good for you!. Because I crave sugary snacks I have to avoid taking money into work with me so that I stick to eating just what I've packed!.
I also try to keep reminding myself how much better I feel when I eat healthily - it really does make a difference for me!. It is still a struggle though as I love chocolate soooo much!

I am the same way!. I lost a lot of pant sizes and now all I can think about is eating as winter is coming and I am bored and my mind is tricking me into thinking I am hungry!.

If you can buy one of those portable instant water heaters and drink tea all day, or any low calorie beverage you enjoy, preferably without much sugar!. It should keep your tummy feeling full without having fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find something to occupy your time and thoughts!. Ever thought of writing a book!? Think about writing a letter to your Congressman/woman!. Get some ideas from the Y!A categories and think about something you'd like to do, or cultivate a talent you have!. How about salsa dancing, or learning how to play a musical instrument!? Go to the craft section, crocheting, knitting, scrapbooking!? C'mon something must hold your interest other than food!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should change your habits gradually
1!.Take proper break-fast in the morning
2!.Fix your lunch time and take full lunch as per your choiced menu
3!.In evening you can take light snacks with tea,coffee or fruit --juice
4!.Take delicious dinner at night
5!.Make your schedule properly & stick to it for few days sincerely to

Find something to occupy your time, anything at all!. Call a friend, plan out your day, write something or do whatever! Being busy helped me a lot and always have a bottle of water on your desk!.
