I sit at a desk all day and I'm trying to lose weight?!


Question: I sit at a desk all day and I'm trying to lose weight!?
I go to the gym almost every day after work and school, however during the day I get pretty close to no exercise at all!. Anyone have any advice on something to do while I am sitting at my desk all day!? It is not possible for me to take a walk during the day as I work through my lunch hour (in other words I eat at my desk) because I have to go right to school after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there is not much you can do while you are sitting at a desk!. If you exercise in the morning (a jog/walk/run) and at night (gym) you should be fine! Or even just keep to exercising after work/school!.

The best thing to do to see results is get up early in the morning and workout then!. I try to do it a couple days a week!. I know it's hard to wake up at 5am, but I always get a good workout and feel great when I'm done!. Then, I don't feel guilty the rest of the day, because I already got exersicing out of the way!. Fidget!!

Just keep moving in your desk!. Make sure you take stairs instead of elevators, walk to get things, don't have them sent to you, etc!.

You can do things like calf raises, scootch around on your chair by digging your heels in to work your hamstrings, clench your abs!.!.!.
