Did I eat alright today? :/ Exercise?!


Question: Did I eat alright today!? :/ Exercise!?
Today i've ate
-weight watcher muffin (180 cal)
-small banana 5'' (90 cal)
-sandwich-whole wheat 45 cal bread, turkey fat free (140 cal)
-kashi crackers (150 cal)
-plum (35 cal)
-granola bar (90 cal)
-5'' potato!.!.i ate about 1/2 of it (140 cal)
-4 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken (110 cal)
-1 cup broccoli (40 cal)
-2 asparagus (20 cal)
-100 cal fat free yogurt

so in all, that is probably about 1200 calories!.
and I had a 3 hour practice after school (marching band!.!.it's pretty intense though!. I'm not just saying that!. last year we were the 35th best in the nation)

and at 7:40 im giong to run 2 miles!.!.maybe 3 if I can, but I think i'll be too sore!.


so is that good for today!?

You need to consult a psychiatrist!. You clearly have some problems with your self image!.

You are underweight for your height!. Even if you have a skinny frame naturally, you should weigh almost 10 lbs above what you do, more if your frame is bigger!.

Even if you needed to lose weight, you ate poorly, and your math is off!. That is not 1200 calories, (which is the minimum for a sedentary person, not you)!. An active person your size trying to lose weight should be taking in around 1500 calories daily!. 2000 is a maintenance diet!. You need to eat much more over the course of the day, including more protein, and yes, fat!. You're supposed to have some!. Please take my advice and see someone about your body-image issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It certainly doesn't sound bad to me! You may be a bloated due to the broccoli, some veggies cause gas :) Take it easy on the exercise, don't over do it because you don't want to end up with an injury! Www@Answer-Health@Com

you ate very healthy, but if you're going to have instense practice and run 2 or 3 miles you should probably need to eat more!.!.!.your body will burn about 1200 calories all on it's own, before your exercise!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1200 calories is the minimal you should eat if your not excersizing much!. I eat more than 1200 calories in a snack!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
