Chinese food healthy?? STEAMED chinese and mixed veggies?!? help?!


Question: Chinese food healthy!?!? STEAMED chinese and mixed veggies!?!!? help!?
my mom is insisting that I eat out one time a week!.
I really don't want to because it's extra calories and usually crap!.

but I think that chinese would be a good choice because she loves it and I want her happy too!.
so i'm wondering if I ordered under the diet dishes

-steamed chicken and steamed mixed veggies with the sauce on the side!. and no rice!.

how many calories would that be!? it sounds PRETTY healthy, but i NEED to know how many calories it would be!?

Chinese food is fine so long is their is no MSG, and NOT FRIED!. For the love of God, dont eat fried chinese food! Thats a heart attack waiting to happen right there! D: Unless your french and you drink lotsa wine >_>;Www@Answer-Health@Com

chicken,veggies with sauce should only be around 350!. since its all steamed!. but depending how much of it u eat it is either under or abovee 350Www@Answer-Health@Com
