Weight Loss is not about "right now"!. Time will pass!. Don't worry about it!.

To understand how to lose weight and keep it off requires a TRUE and REAL commitment to Nutrition and Exercise!. People who fail usually fail because they can not commit!. There are medical exceptions of course!.

And it's not so much about losing weight but about maintaining a healthy weight!.

There are 3 Macro Nutrients

Fat 9calories per gram
Carbohydrate 4 Calories per gram
Protein 4 Calories per gram

You need to consume all the Macro nutrients, in the right proportions!.

Fats are essential for absorbing fat soluble vitamins like Vitamin A and Vitamin E!.

Carbohydrates - you want complex Carbs as found in fruits and vegetables NOT simple sugars as found in White Bread, Box Cereals, or packaged goods!.

Protein - Chicken and Egg Whites are readily absorbed!. Red meats not as readily!. There are other issues such as the Omega 6 vs Omega 3 fats!. You need both, but you need them in the right proportions!.

Simple sugars are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and converted via insulin very quickly to FAT on your body!.

So forget the short term!. Spend some time researching nutrition!. Do exercise!.

Start by eliminating packaged foods!. If you can not read our pronounce the ingredients on the box !.!.!. if it can stay "fresh" on the shelf for more than a week!.!.!. you probably shouldn't eat it!

It's hard at first!.!.!. but not as you get into it!. And the changes in your body will be amazing!.

If you can commit and maintain a diet of "fresh" real foods you'll be fine!.

All diets manipulate caloric intake while trying to balance the macro nutrients with micro nutrients (Vitamins, Minerals, etc!.)!.

So it's not about picking a diet, it's about committing to a way of eating for life!.

Follow around obese people at the local Costco and see what they have in their cart, and don't buy any of it!. Follow the healthy thin people and compare what they are buying!.

I'm sorry to inform you but if you think you can lose 10-15 in a week that'that'sealistic!. Yeah hitting the gym is a great thing but, if you do that all week, your going to over exaught your self and your going to crash!.

IF your really into the whole losing weight, and getting heathier, you need a "realistic" goal!. 10-15 isn't realistic!. 10-15lbs in 2-3 months is more realistic!. Plus, you need rest days, Go to the gym and do strength workouts 3 Days a week, Cardio 3 days a week, and then on saturday, go for a light bike ride or something, and on sunday rest!.

OR if you want an easy way to loose 1lb a week you can do 1 of 2 things, 1) eat 500 less calories a day, or 2) exercise to burn 500 calories a day!.

Or better yet you could go to a nutritionist or a dietion (i have both, I'm in remission from anorexia)!. I know it may seem weird going to a nutritionist, or what ever, but they can really help you come up with a good, easy plan to stick to!.

(OH to tone up REALLY well, swim freestyle for an hour every day, and you'll burn ALOT of calories!![I'm a competitive swimmer])

Hope I helped!! If you ever have any other exercise/ diet questions, feel free to message me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends if you know what you're doing!. Which I doubt you do because you're asking!.
I don't want to be that guy that tells you "it takes time and you gotta work for it!" because this is America; and if we can get fat fast, we can look good just as fast!
The problem with most people and their diets and their work out tactics is that they just don't know how to manipulate their bodies because they don't take the time to notice what works and what doesn't work!. They get in shape and either give up or stay the same way!. Or they get overweight and freak out or never do anything about it!.
I don't know exactly how to tell you how to figure your body out because it took me 4 years to figure out I can change my body like I can change my clothes!. Stocky!? Give me a weak!. Fat!? Give me a weak!. Ripped and lean!? Give me a weak!. Skinny and unactive!? Give me a week!.
So I'm here to tell you it's possible to transform your body in a week's time but unless you know what to do and what works for your body, you'll be walking around in the dark!.
My advice: I'm not aware of your eating habits but my advice: walking ALOT will cut down on the gut-fat, like 5 miles a day!. Drink water but not too much or you'll bloat!. About 1 gallon a day evenly spaced (if you notice your face looking rounder and softer you may be drinking too much!.)
Something that works for me when I try to cut, is caffeine; do coffee in the morning and red bull or something in the mid-day!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's possible, but not really healthy, your body needs time to learn , you need to ease into an exercise program, you may lose a few pounds, and gain some muscle , but your body probably would return back to the way it was in just a few weeks, staying fit and healthy is a lifestyle, not a some sort of quickee fixer upperWww@Answer-Health@Com

No great loss can happen in a week!.

Exercise and prolonged diet and healthy eating will result in great results over a period of time!. Dont be impatient, if you cut certain foods or more out of your diet, and turn healthy and exercise!.!. It will all come within time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on what u work on and u should not hit so hard start with one machine and then the next day do something else to challenge ur body so it will lose weight!. do excersise in the morning and before u go to bed!. but dont do tooo much i n 1 day cause then there will be muscle gain!. but if u reslly try u can do it!. i think u could!.(:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not that soon!. Anything you do to get a "visible result" by Saturday will be very unhealthy!. Results from diet and exercise are long term in nature!. Set a goal that is six months out and you will attain it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No not by saturday weight loss needs to be done evenly like a few pounds lost each week watch what you are eating to just because you are counting calories does not mean that you are eating healthy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
