What are some exercises to do to become more flexible?!


Question: What are some exercises to do to become more flexible!?
I feel like I have lost my flexibility!. I work out 4 days a week but, i still feel like i am not as flexible as I was before!. Are there stretches or something else I can do to increase flexibility!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Warm up your muscles before stretching to prevent injuries!. Walk around your house or march in place for 5 minutes!.
Step2Sit in a straight back chair!. Place your left hand on your right knee, twist slightly and place your right hand on the back of the chair!. Look over your right shoulder!. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds!. Repeat to the left!.
Step3Straighten your back and sit upright!. Keep knees together, lift and straighten legs out to seat height!. Reach for your toes and hold for 10 seconds!.
Step4Slide up to the edge of the chair!. Lift right leg and place foot on left knee!. Hold your right ankle with your left hand!. Place your right hand on your right knee and press down gently!. Hold for 10 seconds then repeat on left leg!.
Step5Position your body against the back of the chair!. Sit straight with your feet and knees together!. Wrap your arms around the back of the chair and clasp your hands together!. Lift slightly and hold for 10 seconds!.
Step6Remain seated with feet and knees together!. Bend over and reach for your toes or the floor!. Hold for 10 seconds then straighten!. Bend to the right and reach for the floor!. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat on the left!.
Step7Stand behind the chair and clasp back of chair with left hand!. Bend your right knee and lift your foot to your backside, keeping your knees together!. Grab your right foot with your right hand and hold for 10 seconds!. Repeat on left side!.

you just gotta stretch everyday!.!.!.do it like twice a day!.!.!.stretch your legs out really well!.!.!.touch your toes!.!.!.cross your legs touch your toes!.!.!.stretch your groin with the budah stretch or lean one way then the other!.!.!.it will help!.!.!.but when u do it!.!.!.touch your toes!.!.!.then shake it out!.!.!.thend o it again the same stretch!.!.do each one twice it helps a lot more!.!.!.and make sure you take deep breaths!.!.!.that will help you stretch it moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
