They have nothing to do with each other, but you should do both!. Working out does not replenish the vitamins and minerals your body needs daily to keep running strong!. The only reason I can possibly think not to take a multivitamin is if you have such a well balanced diet that you don't need to - which I would imagine only 0!.00005% of this world does!. You should actually take an antioxidant before you work out!. You should take a high quality antioxidant that has been tested through blood serum ORAC testing to make sure it is effective in antioxidant protection!.
Oxygen is a free radical!. When exercising you are circulating more damaging free radicals into the blood!. So, take an antioxidant that works!. Not just a claim!.

You actually don't need to but it depends on your age and eating habits!. If you're young and eat a well balanced diet, multivitamins are worthless to you!. Your urine will just turn really yellow!. If you don't eat well or are over the age of 40, it can be beneficial to take a multivitamin!.!.!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
By working out you are using vitamins and nutrients to contract and relax your muscles!. By exercising you are using up these vitamin stores so if you don't take a multivitamin you can increase your chances of getting muscle cramps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
