Should I work out everyday?!

Question: Should I work out everyday!?
I'm new to working out, and I was wondering if it was OK to work out everyday as long as I was alternating muscle groups!. Usually, I work Biceps, back, and abs on one day and the next I usually do Triceps, chest, and shoulders!. Is it OK as long as I alternate like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes that is fine!. But remember that your muscles & your entire body needs a break!. I wouldn't work out for more than 5 days a week!.!.!.to help you avoid burnout!.
Definitely split up the muscle groups if you are doing it +3 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well that depends on your body's conditon!. If you (muscles) can withstand tremendous exercises then maybe you can!. If your planning to get buffed then your technique might as well work, see when you rest your muscles from working out, that's the actual time they heal and get shaped!.!.!. hope this works, i know this by experiece and i'm actually a nursing student!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it is not okay to workout everyday, especially if you are a
hardgainer, you should only train 3-4 time a week anymore than
that will lead to over training and injuries!. Your body needs time to
repair itself and grow, if you hit the same muscle group all the time it
will be in a constant state of breaking down and will NEVER GROW!.

if you are working your muscles hard, you should rest them at least 48 hours!. try working the same muscle groups on monday and thurs!. and the others on tues and friday, and the others on wednesday and saturday if you want to workout every day!. Remember you don't grow in the gym, you grow letting your muscles restWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's fine to workout everyday!. As long as you are working out at least three to five times a week!. I'm a competitive runner and there is nothing wrong with doing cardio everyday!. Just don't take it too far! Your body will tell you when to stop!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
