Question: How many calories should I eat a day to lose weight!?
I weigh about 278 lbs!. I've gained A TON of weight from stress and I'm recently getting over a bad foot injury which prevented me from exercising!. I usually eat a yogurt for breakfast, a salad for both lunch and dinner and then lots of water!. How many calories is a good amount to help with weight loss!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how many calories you're burning!. You might want to talk to your doctor about any exercises you can do that doesn't stress your injured foot!.
