Question: Is this making me fat or could it!?
My mom always makes pancakes in the morning, for a hot breakfast!. She makes them small and thin!. I tend to eat 3 with a glass of water!. My old friend saw me, and told me it looks like I lose a bit of weight!. I feel like I might tend to gain a few pounds, but it's getting colder here!. And the food seems to keep me full, until lunch!. I eat around 7 am!. for breakfast and lunch is around 11:30( I eat a deli sandwich and chips)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carbs hold water - pancakes are nothing but carbs!.

Try eating some protein with the pancakes - maybe some cheese or an egg or some peanut butter!. A good hot breakfast is oatmeal - its a complex carb add some peanut butter and a little maple syrup and it will keep you full all day, too, but less likely to make you gain weight!.

It is natural to gain a little during the colder months - just stay active indoors so you don't gain a lot!.

pancakes are great to have, but not an every day kind of thing, maybe once in a while!.

don't be to self conscious or it will stress you out!.

winter is a time where people tend to put on more cause the amount of activity is lessen!.

you need a protein breakfast too!. Carbs are good but add some protein and that should suffice!. Good job eating breakfast!. I never feel like eating in the morning!. So I drink a lot of fluids in the morning and eat a great lunch!.!.!.Allergies make me this way!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
