If you are exercising, you are going to NEED to eat, do not skip meals!! You can ABSOLUTELY lose that amount of weight by December if you do it right!. Not eating is not the way to go!.

small meals are better!.
try a bowl of special k in the morning, (breakfest makes your metabolism faster, more calories burned)
salad at lunch!.

dinner: lean protein such as fish or chicken!.

balanced with some cardio, you'll loose tons of weight, try to take in somewhere between 1000-1300 calories a day

if you decrease your daily intake by 500 calories, through either dieting or excerise you'll burn about 2 lbs a week!.

I know how desperate you are to lose some body fat!. You want to look shapey and slim again but you have to stop putting unnecessary pressure on your self and your body!. In order to lose weight and to lose it in the proper way without side effects, it is advisable that you start slowly to avoid detours ( discouragement ) on your road to weight loss!. Losing weight too fast will lead to side effects and discouragement, it makes you feel tired, drained and sick!.
