Question: Ok muscle gaining question!?
Ok well 2morow im going to start goin 2 the wieght room, i wanna gain great muscle, im 15 wiegh 225 and im 5 5, i max 30, my plan was either b4 or after,(help me pick,) ima have a protien bar, now i know ur sayin thats bad cuz im big, but after, the wieght room i planed on running on the school track, so is this good, i kno ill gain wieght but i dont wanna gain fat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea thats a good idea!.
eat more meat and drink water and milk lol just not at the same time!.
the protien bars are good for you so you can eat them just not alot like 1 bar a day!. do the same max 30 for a week and go 5 LBS up from that after a week then do 10 LBS after that!. and just keep bilding and bilding!.!.!.

i'm not sure about the whole thing!. but i know for sure, it's a fact that the more exercise u do, the better ur body will be conditioned!. it won't happen overnight, but u will get at least enough muscle to make u look buffer & have better luck in the dating world i guess!.

I think it's good idea!. I mean as long as you're not gaining fat!. Just try to lose a lot of fat and gain muscle!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
