Do you think this diet will be ok?!


Question: Do you think this diet will be ok!?
ok so currently i dont eat breakfast because i dont wake up until lunch time, i usually have a white bread sandwich with just ham at about 3ish then i have dinner around 6ish and i have beans, corn, mashed potato and pumpkin alongside a chicken thigh or breast or steak or silver side!.

i want to start a more continuous diet i was thinking of working on my sleep so i will be up for breakfast where i would have 2 pieces of toast, any snacks i will be making my own dips with low fat Philadelphia cheese and have like carrots or celery with that!. then for lunch have a salad and dinner would be different soups!. i need to lose weight, dont know why im so heavy because i dont eat a lot!.

Um, first of all it's extremely unhealthy to sleep in that late and you're only lowering your metabolism, you need to eat breakfast (haven't you heard that people who eat breakfast burn more calories!) because it fills up your stomach in the beginning of the day, setting it off right, so it doesn't get hungry as often afterwards!. And I cannot stress this enough, you need to do high level cardio 3-5 times a week! When I say high level I don't mean you have to go above your strength, but you do need work hard enough that you sweat, and you need to do for 20-30 min each workout!. you're problem isn't your diet, in fact you're diet is a little too bland, it's your metabolism!

oh, and corn and potatoes are very bad for you as far as fat is concerned, they build up fat, that's why farmers feed straight corn to their cattleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stop eating white bread!!!!!!!!!
Stop eating mashed potatoes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.cut out all "white" processed and starchy foods!.
For toast and sandwiches, choose whole wheat with fiber bread!.Instead of cheese, use peanut butter with celery and hummus with carrots!. Make sure the soups are homemade and not canned, because canned soups have too much sodium in them, or choose low sodium or organic soups!. Go with skinless chicken or even better fish/salmon!. First of in order to be healthy you wake up early in the morning and go for a jog and do exercise daily!.You mentioned that you will it bread,first of all avoid eating white bread it will contain more fats and eat leafy vegetables and the dinner should be light one!.You may try this for better result!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
