How long will it take me to get back in shape?!


Question: How long will it take me to get back in shape!?
i am 5foot2 and 123 lbs,female, 16years old
i stopped working out for a loing time and gained weight
when i exercised and ate the right amount of food and healthy, i weighed 103-110lbs

is this a good start to get my old body back!?!?
monday-worked out from 240pm-till 400pm,i had 1 protein shake(130 calories 1!.5gfat),spinach ravioli(200cals 5gfat) and 3peaches
tuesday-i did not have school ,i helped my dad do some grocery shopping , i ate half an apple,a bannana,2 yogurts(total of 200cals no fat),1 serving of graham crackers,and i just ate a salad,with crutans and some dressing wich was ( a total of 155cals and 3!.5gfat )

the most amount of weight you should drop per week is 2lbs for it to be a healthy loss!.
so try to span it over 5 or 6 weeks just working out daily and eating healthy!.
remember to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say if you exercise vigorously for at least an hour a day, 2-3 months you will be back in healthy, muscular conditionWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're not eating enough in my opinion!. All that fruit (lots of sugar) isn't necessarily good for you without something else to balance it, like more vegetables, and protein (like fish)!.

The best way to lose weight, in my opinion, is to exercise 3-5x week, for a minimum of 30 min (vigorous exercise in your case; ie: breathing hard for 30 min)!. Eat a large balanced breakfast early (6-8am), a smaller portioned lunch, and an even smaller dinner!. Stop eating by 8pm!.

Think about it, if you eat dinner at 8pm what kind of activities do you do after to burn it off!? Eat your big meals early then go about your day as normal!.

Most importantly, EXERCISE!.

You should be losing about 2lbs a week for the diet to be really effective!. Any more and you're losing water weight, muscle, and will most likely gain it all back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
