If you're not seeing results, it's always a good idea to change up what you're doing!. I'm not sure what your goals are, but keep this in mind!. If you are tying to get the best bang for your buck!.!.!.working muscle groups that work together might help!. For instance, chest and tris work together!. They are both push muscles while back and bis are both pull muscles!. If you are trying to gain size, this is probably you best bet!. If you're working on cardio and endurance, work muscle groups that are opposing, like chest/back!.!.!.!.push/pull!.

Gaining muscle format
chest/tris
shoulders
legs
back/bis

Endurance format
chest/back
arms
shoulders/legs or split those days

Good luck!.

I think you are doing fine!. It's very important that you give your muscles a break!. So make sure you work those muscle groups out every other day or every 2 days!. Don't do it consistently!. You need to give your muscles the chance to relax and grow (which burns fat) Don't forget to add some cardio into your routine!. You can do as much cardio as you want, but give yourself at least 2 days off of various cardio exercises!.

Other than that, I think you're doing pretty good!. Keep it up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not too much, but your splits don't make sense!.

The basic chest exercise is the bench press!. It hits chest AND triceps!. So I'd do triceps the same day I do chest!.

The basic back exercises are rows/pullups, which tend to also hit your biceps!. So I'd do biceps with back!.

Shoulders you could do with either, or separate!. There does tend to be some overlap between chest/shoulder exercises!.

It sounds like you are aiming to have chicken legs with mighty arms!. Do some leg exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
