Question: How can I lose weight, and incorporate fitness into my life!?
Ok!. I am 5' 3 and I weight 150lbs!. I weighed 190 in May and lost the weight during the summer!. I really want to be 130 if not 125lbs!. I have been doing well with food choices and im not sedentary!. I just dont actually excersise like at the gym!. I walk to school and to my internship daily!. I want to begin to include excersise in my life but i dont know how!. I want to lose the weight by the end of november!.!.!.!.i need help!! please!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well - it sounds like you are already a bit active - good for you! It is so hard to get started !. !. !.

I would suggest to start an evening of jogging!. Nothing crazy - just go to a nice place without much traffic and start to slowly jog - try this as often as you can!. I want to say every night - BUT, if you are anything like me, you;ll get tired of it and quit!. So don't!

I started bellydancing - it is great exercise and it is also fun!. I am not saying to do that - but join something - any dancing class - ballroom, salsa - tango - hip hop - anything to get you excited!. It helps a ton!

Anyway - whatever you do - make sure you enjoy it - otherwise, you'll just be miserable, and you'll never loose any weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com
