the largest muscle of your behind is glut max!. it's function is to take the thigh from a bent position to a straight position, as in climbing stairs, straightening up from a squatted position, or seated position!. repeating this action will make the muscle fibers stronger!.

the best exercises i do to make glut max bigger are are squats:
keep feet hip with apart, squat with your behind poking out!. keep your lower legs in a straight line, over your ankles and dip to 90degrees!.
come up slowly and squeeze your butt at the top!

besides eating lots (and you can't control where that will go), there isn't much you can do to get a bigger booty!. you can try this though:
- squats and lunges (work your legs and butt)
- butt blaster (machine at gym) or something similar
- get a strap and go to the 'universal' machine at gym!. strap the weight to your ankle and kick your leg bag, hold, and slowly release (any decent trainer at the gym should be able to show you how)
And of course don't forget to eat well and do exercises for all of your body parts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
